Free Shipping eligibility is based on total order value - Grand total, i.e. value after any discounts. Orders placed on Fridays and weekends and UK public holidays will be dispatched on the following working day. In addition to Shipping Confirmation email, tracking information will be emailed separately after dispatch. Tracking information may also be viewed in your Melon + Starfish account.

UK Mainland orders are being shipped by Royal Mail and DPD. Please note DPD option is restricted for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and some distant parts of Scotland. We will use Royal Mail in this case.

For international destinations, we may use an alternative specialist courier service depending on the order value and destination. Please contact us directly for specific destination and ad hoc services.

International delivery times are indicative only. Melon + Starfish is not responsible for the delay caused by the couriers.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Europe + Rest of the World (International)

All orders are shipped from our UK Warehouse on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis and may be liable for custom duties and local taxes.

Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.

Please note that Melon + Starfish is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS

Please double check your delivery address during checkout. Melon + Starfish assume no responsibility for lost parcels due to incorrect delivery address submitted during checkout.

If any of our customers request to leave the parcel in an unattended place, Melon + Starfish do not take responsibility for any damage or lost products / parcels after the delivery.

PLEASE NOTE:

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or returned or delayed packages by the postal service.

Any orders that have failed delivery attempts/refused deliveries, and are subsequently returned to us by the courier will not be eligible for shipping cost refund.
